Tang Soo Do is a traditional Korean karate that focuses on self-defense through the use of hip-generated power. The art of Tang Soo Do Mi Guk Kwan ("American Brotherhood of the Empty Hand Defense") is taught throughout the United States, Mexico and Chile. Tang Soo do Mi Guk Kwan strives to blend both hard and soft style techniques in a natural way. Training is accessible to individuals of all ages and fitness levels.
Tang Soo Do Mi Guk Kwan was designed to foster a thorough understanding of the concepts of self-defense and character development. The principles stressed in Tang Soo Do Mi Guk Kwan are: respect, confidence; discipline; mental alertness; a positive attitude towards life.
Ages 3 - 5
The Lil Dragons program teaches children ages 3-5 basic skills, while also focusing on improving behavioral, technical and motor skills. Students excel in focus, respect, discipline and self-control in a fun upbeat class. These skills also prepare students to advance to our kids class.

Reiki
Reiki translates to Universal Energy, in which the practitioner becomes the channel for the energy to travel through, and the patient receives this universal energy, allowing healing to take place on a Physical, Mental, Emotional and /or Spiritual level.
A session consists of light touch massage therapy.
Dean Meier is a certified 2nd Degree Reiki practitioner in the Tera Mai/Seichem system.
